I lead the front-end team at Bepro-Devhub in Tashkent. Most of what I have built runs for the state: the dispatch map that 112 operators watch all shift, the platform parents use to enrol a child in first grade, the records system hospitals and dental clinics use every day.

I started in .NET and moved to Angular because the problems I cared about were on the screen: latency you can see, a form a parent can finish on a phone, a map that stays smooth when everything happens at once.

Since 2024 I have led the front-end team. In practice that means deciding what not to build, reviewing carefully, and keeping upgrades boring.

Daily tools: Angular (Signals, standalone components), TypeScript, RxJS, OpenLayers, Yandex Maps 3, SignalR and WebSockets, PrimeNG, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS, OpenAPI/Swagger, IndexedDB, Docker. Some .NET and PostgreSQL.
